rx standards

as an rx athlete, you should be able to perform the following skills and movements

women’s

gymnastics skills

muscle ups (ring + bar)

handstand walking (5’ sections)

toes to bar

chest to bar pull-ups

pistols

wall walks

handstand push-ups (strict + kipping)

barbell weights

thruster - 95 lbs (masters 75)

clean & jerk - 145 lbs (masters 125)

snatch - 115 lbs (masters 95)

* listed weights are not intended to be your 1RM, but rather a weight that you could do a couple reps of during a workout

other movements

double under skips

single crossover skips

men’s

gymnastics skills

muscle ups (ring + bar)

clean & jerk - 205 lbs (masters 185)

we reserve the right to change a registered athletes division if we feel they have misplaced themselves in a division to which they would have a competitive advantage based on past performances of their displays of fitness.

we reserve this right to ensure that the comp is not only fair but fun for all those who compete. We also reserve this right to maintain the upmost integrity and for the spirit of sport.
